Usage method
1. Put the instrument flat, put the container with solution in the center of the instrument disc (i.e. electric furnace), put a proper mixer in the container, use cylindrical mixer for flat bottom container, use spindle mixer for spherical container, the container is not made of ferromagnetic material, if the container is too heavy, it needs to be supported to avoid the deformation of the instrument affecting the use.
2. Plug in the power, turn on the power switch, the power indicator light will be on, turn the speed control knob clockwise 1 / 3, turn on the mixing switch, the mixing indicator light will be on, the instrument will start to work, the user can adjust the mixing speed as required, and the speed must be accelerated or decelerated step by step.
3. If the solution needs heating at the same time of mixing, insert the two core plug (attached accessories) into the thermometer socket behind the machine, the temperature indicator light is on, the electric furnace is hot, and the heating power is adjusted by the temperature adjusting knob. When turning clockwise to * large, the heating power of the machine is 400W, turning counterclockwise to * hour, and within 20W.
4. If the solution needs automatic constant temperature, the user needs to weld the two leads of the mercury thermometer at the power distribution contact on the two core plug (the two leads shall not touch each other during the welding), and insert it into the solution, fix it on the meter rod with the tube clamp, the thermometer shall not touch the rotating agitator, and the automatic constant temperature can be achieved after setting the temperature.
Due to the thermal inertia of the electric furnace, when there are less solutions with lower set temperature, the temperature rises to the set temperature, and the electric furnace has been powered off (at this time, the temperature rise indicator light has been off), but the solution temperature may still rise, which affects the temperature control accuracy, and the heating power can be properly adjusted at this time. (Note: the electric contact mercury thermometer is a glass instrument, which is very fragile and easy to buy in the market, so this machine is not used as a random accessory)
5. After using the instrument, unplug the power supply, clean the appearance, and keep it properly after cooling.
6. Precautions: the power supply must be reliably grounded; the solution in the container shall not be overfilled to avoid overflow during mixing; the machine cannot be used as an electric furnace alone;
