Industrial principle of wet film humidifier:
The clean tap water passing through the solenoid valve is sent to the water distributor at the top of the wet film through the water supply pipe, so as to wet the surface of the wet film, and the water flowing to the water receiving plate is discharged into the water pipe through the drainage elbow, which means that the water is not recycled. When the hot gas passes through the wet film, its humidification increases and the humidity decreases, which is an isoenthalpy humidification process. Note: when the humidity is not lower than the dew point temperature, some processes are enthalpy reduction and humidification processes. In this process, some water on the wet membrane is evaporated, but no additional energy is consumed!
